Meet the CanPro Team
CanPro is led by a team with deep experience in commercial roofing, operations, finance, and people leadership – all focused on supporting local partners and their teams.
Kelly is a 3X CEO of private equity backed roofing platforms. She is a leader in identifying great companies, integrating them for optimal valuation and preparing them for highly successful exits. She hails from Silver Oaks’ North American Roofing, Crown Roofing and Shore Capital-backed Skycrest Roofing - along with Board roles and consulting on over 25 private equity platforms. She was the first woman CEO in the commercial roofing industry and one of a few who have managed companies in all 50 states in the U.S.

Pranit has 10 years of mergers and acquisitions experience across facility services, software and financial services. He has gained experience working in both Toronto and New York as an investment banker and private equity investor. He grew up supporting his family's business during the Summers and is excited to help business owners with succession planning and transition when partnering with CanPro, contributing meaningful long-term value.

A trusted executive advisor, he has led numerous strategic mandates in collective bargaining, post-acquisition integration, and organizational transformation. Charles is recognized for his ability to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen labour relations frameworks, and support sustainable growth and organizational performance.

Nicolas brings nearly 10 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across public companies and entrepreneurial environments. A CPA (Québec), he has led financial reporting, governance, internal controls, and transaction support in complex, high-growth organizations with international exposure. As Vice President, Finance at CanPro Roofing Partners, he drives disciplined financial management and builds scalable foundations that enable growth with clarity and confidence.
